No. We're going way beyond generic advice like “don’t use screens before bed.”
Is this just for women?
No. All humans are welcome.
Do I need to buy supplements for this to work?
Not necessarily. We're going to focus on restoring your body’s natural sleep signals. But I will share with you what I feel are the most effective nutraceuticals and show you how to use them strategically, with the goal of not needing them at all. I'll also tell you what to steer clear of.
What if I have young kids or nighttime caregiving responsibilities?

Absolutely. I've worked with many clients over many years who've made changes for themselves that have rippled through the whole family. "We're all sleeping now!" is something I hear frequently. That said, I'll make some distinctions for things that may not be applicable for kids.

Yes. I'm going to give you some specific support that will make all the difference.
Do I need functional labs beforehand?
No, but you'll learn what to consider (and what your doctor probably isn't asking for).
What if I’ve already done a DUTCH test or hormone panel?
Great. This class helps you apply what those results might be pointing to—especially if your cortisol is dysregulated, your metabolized cortisol is off, or your natural melatonin isn't showing up when it should.
What if I'm already on pharmaceutical sleep aids?
I can't make suggestions for changes to any meds. And we don't want a situation where there are contraindications with your meds and any herbs or other nutraceuticals I may mention. But much of this isn't about supplements that you have to use as crutches for the rest of your life. That's not my approach!
What if I want to have a private coaching session after these classes?
